Biography

Martin is the Head of the Family Department at the firm. He has considerable expertise in acting for clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, child arrangement disputes and domestic violence injunctions.

Martin also specialises in the field of Employment Law. He acts for employees and employers in Employment Tribunal and County Court disputes. Martin’s areas of expertise include:

• Breach of Contract
• Restrictive Covenants

Martin also advises on Chancery Disputes including contentious Probate and Inheritance Act claims. year admitted: 2005.

Employment: Martin joined the firm as a Trainee in 2003 and qualified in 2005. He became a Partner in 2009 and was appointed as Head of the Family Department in 2012.
