Heather Ainsworth – Associate Solicitor

Biography

I graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a 2:1 in Law and also completed the Legal Practice Course at UCLAN and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2015. I joined PHH Solicitors in March 2021 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in August 2024.

I have previous experience of handling Personal Injury claims at another local firm but will now be conducting work in the Clinical Negligence department along with some Personal Injury work here at PHH. I have also worked for the local Citizens Advice Bureau delivering advice on a number of other areas including benefits and debt.

I welcomed my little boy into the world in 2023. I now work compressed hours, so Thursdays are my non-working day to ensure quality time with my son. I love to spend quality time with family and friends.
