Emily Stubbs

Biography

Emily attended the University of Lancashire from 2017-2021. She was awarded the Dean’s List award in July 2019 and she graduated with First Class honours LLB with Criminology in June 2020. She completed her LLM in Legal Practice, which she was awarded with Distinction in June 2021.

Emily had previously worked for government organisations. She has also worked as a paralegal at another firm before joining us at PHH.

Emily joined our firm in January 2025 as a paralegal in our Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury department. Emily’s hard work and collaborative efforts within this department have been noticed and praised. In February 2026, she was offered a training contract, and she continues to work within Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury. She aims to qualify as a solicitor in 2027.

When Emily is not at work or thinking of work, she likes to clean and maintain her cars. She also attends and volunteers at car shows from time to time.
